The arbites also find Red's badge, and they seem satisfied about the explanations given.
The arbitrator that was talking to Titus turns and speaks in a quieter voice, then nods twice. He turns to his colleagues, and says:
He takes off his helmet, and smiles at the group.
The access door for the vehicle is on the back side. The vehicle is quite narrow, with two rows of seats, one on each side. Both Titus and Red recognize the basic layout as the one from a Chimera (the standard military transport for the Imperial guard). A Chimera usually holds 10 people, plus three crewmen. This one, though, has been modified to be a little bit shorter and narrower, so it can turn and fit through the streets in the hive. It also runs in wheels instead of threads, which makes it actually faster, and well adapted to the interior of the hive. The bags containing the three dead bodies are loaded in the side storage areas, that can be accessed from under the seats. The live one, still unconscious, is manacled to one of the bars running along the sides, just over the seats, so he's seated, and his arms keep him from falling to the floor.
Once everyone is inside, the vehicle accelerates.
The driver punches a big, red button on top of his position, and you hear the siren from outside. Through the tiny portholes on each side, you can see the ground vehicles parting left and right to allow the Radpanzer pass through. The red and blue lights illuminate the ascendent tunnel as you go.

All right. Let me ask HQ.
The arbitrator that was talking to Titus turns and speaks in a quieter voice, then nods twice. He turns to his colleagues, and says:
Okay, guys! Everything's in order! It seems this gentlemen here are not alone! Two of them are speaking with the boss right now! Wrap this up! Put the bodies and everything else into the Radpanzer! The dead ones will have to go to the Probator Medicae, the other one goes in an isolated detention cell, and the medicae will tend to him there!
He takes off his helmet, and smiles at the group.
Well, you all seem to be in bad condition. Please, climb into the vehicle. We'll be cramped, but three of my partners will stay here to make sure this is documented properly. I apologize for the inconvenience, but we didn't know the situation would be like this. Some citizen reported shots, and we were the only ones nearby that were equipped to deal with it. We usually don't have much crime around.

We'll take the helicoidal expressway #4. We should be there in a matter of minutes. Bart, punch it!
